Seattle University South Lake Union students submit their housing applications to live at The Commons on the Seattle University Housing Portal!
Continuing students can apply for 2026-2027 housing starting on March 23. New, incoming first-year and transfer students to the South Lake Union Campus can access the 2026-2027 housing application starting April 1.

CITY UNIVERSITY OF SEATTLE
Applications are now available for all students who attend or will be attending City University of Seattle. You will submit your application directly to CityU via their housing website. If you are a CityU student, you can contact the CityU Housing staff directly at 206.239.4730 or housing@cityu.edu.
OTHER VISITING STUDENTS, COLLEGES & INTERNS
In addition to housing students from Cornish College of the Arts and CityU, we offer summer intern housing to students from other colleges and universities. Whether you’re interning at a local company or participating in a summer program, we provide a supportive and centrally located living environment.
