Seattle University students submit their housing applications to live at The Commons on the Seattle University Housing Portal!
Continuing students can apply for 2026-2027 housing starting on March 23. New, incoming first-year and transfer students to the South Lake Union Campus can access the 2026-2027 housing application starting April 1.

In addition to housing students from Seattle University, we offer year-round intern housing to students from other colleges and universities. Whether you’re interning at a local company or participating in a summer program, we provide a supportive and centrally located living environment.
