Unit selection is solely based on availability. Occupancy choices consist of singles and doubles. A single is an apartment that contains one student in a bedroom. A double is an apartment that contains two students in a bedroom.

Applicant represents all of the above information is true, complete and authorizes the verification of same by reasonable means. Any misrepresentation or omission may be cause for the rejection of this application and/or termination of subsequent lease.

Applicant further authorizes free exchange of information between Oasis KGI Commons and Capstone On-Campus Management, including but not limited to the applicants student status, academic records, judicial records, and financial records to be used to determine whether this applicant shall be approved or disapproved.

Applicant understands the administration fee of $300.00 is non-refundable and non-transferable.
