Fall 2024 New Student Move-In: Saturday and Sunday, August 24th and 25th, 2024
More information about move-in procedures will arrive on and after you receive your room assignment.
New Student Orientation: August 25 – 31, 2024
Labor Day: September 2, 2024. No Classes, Building is Open
First Day of Classes, Fall 2024: September 3, 2024
Veteran’s Day: Monday, November 11, 2024. No Classes, Building is Open
Thanksgiving Holiday Break: November 27 – 29, 2024. No Classes, Building is Open
Beginning of Winter Break (BUILDING CLOSES): Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 12 PM
1. Please apply for Winter Break housing if you wish to stay in the building. (Additional Cost Applies).
2. Students are allowed to keep items in their room during winter break, even if they are not staying over break.

SPRING 2025
Spring 2024 Students Return from Winter Break (BUILDING OPENS): Sunday, January 12, 2025 at 9 AM
First Day of Classes, Spring 2024: January 13, 2025
Martin Luther King Jr. Day: January 20, 2025. No Classes, Building is Open
President’s Day: February 17, 2025. No Classes, Building is Open
Spring Break: March 10-14, 2025. No Classes, Building is Open
Room Selection Night: April 2025 (exact date TBD)
Invites will arrive at least two days in advance to all residents who have reapplied for housing before this event.
Deadline for Current Residents to Apply without new Deposit & Select a Room: May 1, 2025
Move-Out for Current Cornish Residents: May 3, 2025 by 12 PM
Deadline to Apply for Priority Placement: June 2025 (exact date TBD)
Deadline for Roommate Selection via My College Roomie: June 2025 (exact date TBD)
Deadline for Room Accommodations Approved by Student Life: June 2025 (exact date TBD)
Anticipated Room Assignment Date: On or before August 1, 2025
